Just read the review and the interview and I found them very interesting.

I was about to ask if you guys intend to make the “lost chapters” and possibly post them here and I guess you answered it in your reply to Ricky Grove (on the post about the interview).

I have bought the book and have found it very infromative at all levels. Congratulations on an excellent book.
