      <description>&lt;p&gt;Oh, dear. The decision on the WowGlider case is in, and it &lt;a href="http://tobolds.blogspot.com/2008/07/cheating-and-modding-now-illegal.html"&gt;doesn&amp;#8217;t look good&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;ll have legal commentary on this as soon as we can talk to someone who knows about this law stuff. But it might well be that US Machinimators just became even more limited, at least in theory. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;d read the judgement, but I was holding off on specific analysis until I heard from the people who are fully rather than partially qualified to render such judgements. However, my initial reading wasn&amp;#8217;t encouraging. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you&amp;#8217;d prefer to get your information from a site which will sound off straight away without waiting for informed counsel, I&amp;#8217;m sure you can easily find such on the Internet. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
